o Antisocial personality disorder, borderline, histrionic, and narcissistic are
part of cluster B
o and is characterized by disregard of others with exploitations, repeat
unlawful actions, deceit, and failure to accept personality responsibility. They
have impulsive behavior, lack of remorse and fail to empathize, they get
easily agitated and aggressive or controlling
o Nurse needs to set limits with clients who have maladaptive behavior

behavior to refrain from manipulating others to earn dining room privileges
