As a manager the first things to do in solving this problem is to make an action for
two years. Then in my action plan I would indicate that as much as possible it will be win
solution both side. Next is I would give them a service credit or plaque of certificate to the
employees who are still passionate to work despite of the situations. And empathetic
strategy makes them understand that to avoid retrenchment of employees the company
will just apply cost cutting methods and one of it is no budget allocation for salary increase
for two years.it would be the best option to mitigate the crisis due to covid 19 pandemic.
In that way employees will surely understand the situation, they will be grateful for

Although the full impact of globalization on the workplace has yet to be recognized,
as more companies embrace this trend and diversify, some alterations are emerging.
Many of these changes are helpful, but some are not. The following are some of the

prior years. Employees can use workplace counseling to talk about their anxieties and
stress in a safe environment. We all need someone to chat to every now and then!

c. The level of job satisfaction has improved.

businesses fail to give their employees with services to help them manage their mental
health. Your business has the chance to be the exception.
