Aphasia - The total or partial loss of the ability to use or understand language.
Dysphagia - Difficulty swallowing
Dyspnea - difficult, labored, or painful breathing
Dysuria - painful or difficult urination
Delirium - A state of sudden, severe confusion and rapid changes in brain function
Dementia - The loss of cognitive function that interferes with routine personal, social, andoccupational
activities
Asepsis - The absence of disease producing microbes
Assault - intentionally attempting or threatening to touch a person's body without the person'sconsent
Bradychardia - Slow heart rate. Less than 60BPM
Bradypnea - Slow breathing; respirations are fewer than 12 per minute
Comatose - unable to respond to stimuli
Embolus - A blood clot that travels through vascular system until it lodges in a blood vessel.
