Describe the implementation competencies that you have experience with as an LPN/LVN, with an example from your current practice I have experienced most of the competencies described in American Nurses Association (2021). In my field of practice, we are responsible for helping our RN to come up with a plan, implementing the plan, and evaluating the progress of the plan that is in place. o One example is we have someone that was in the hospital for a period and came home with a wound on their coccyx that was not previously there. My RN came up with treatment and nursing interventions that she put in place. The wound has gotten smaller and started to heal which is what the projected outcome was supposed to be. 2. Describe your training and experience as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse I credit my training mostly to the medical surgical unit at the children’s hospital I was employed at for 7 sevens. I have a strong background of pediatric experience from pre/post-surgery to routine pediatric healthcare. In my current role as an immunization nurse, I mostly work under standing orders and provide routine and catch-up vaccines to pediatric and adult patients. In the same setting as an occupational medicine nurse, I’m DOT certified
