agricultural commodity any plant or part thereof or animal or animal product produced

by a person primarily for sale, consumption, propagation or other use by man or animal

2. Certification a person is competent

and will upon licensing

be authorized to use

or supervise the use of

pesticides

3. Licensed a person is authorized

to use or supervise the

use of pesticides

4. Pesticide Applicator Business any person who either

wholly or in part holds

himself out for hire to

apply pesticides

5. Private Pesticide Applicator someone who uses

pesticides to raise an

agricultural commodity,

on land owned or rented by him or that of his

employer

6. Under Direct Supervision under the instruction

and control of another

person who is responsible for actions taken

and who is available if

and when needed even

if not physically present
